Return Policy

Tennis Connection upholds the highest standard of quality for each of our products. We guarantee that the quality of all our merchandise will meet or exceed expectations. Every effort is made to ensure your merchandise is shipped in perfect condition. All sales are final and Tennis does not accept returns. If the item is defective upon delivery, we would offer to fix the item at no charge to the customer.

To report a defective item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Customer Service Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00AM-5:00PM PST by calling 800-359-0593 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Packages that are sent without a return authorization number will not be accepted for refund.
  • Secure your item(s) and include the invoice or packing slip. Please write the Return Authorization number on your packing slip for our reference.
  • Please insure for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Tennis Connection (USPS can insure merchandise up to $25,000).

SIZE OR LENGTH ADJUSTMENTS AFTER PURCHASE

Tennis Connection is the original manufacturer of all products shown on tennisconnection.com Making size or length adjustments is possible for all jewelry products and we’ll be happy to do this for you. Contact us if you like to schedule a complementary length/size adjustment to any order.

Bracelet / Necklaces Length Adjustments - If you need to make length adjustments such as adding or removing links, we will apply the necessary charge (for additional links) or refund (for links removed). You will need to speak with a Tennis Connection representative in order to arrange for a payment of any additional links and/or stones.

Ring Size Adjustments - If the ring you purchased from us is either too small or too big, you may send it back to us for adjustment. We will make the necessary adjustments and send the ring back to you - free of charge.

Pendant Chain Adjustments - Tennis Connection offers 3 chain sizes: 16, 17, and 18 inch lengths. If you need to change your pendant's chain length, you may send us just the chain or the chain with the pendant still attached. We will adjust the length and send the chain back to you - free of charge.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A CREDIT FOR A RETURNED ITEM THAT WAS DEFECTIVE?

After we receive the returned item, it takes between 1 and 5 days to complete the return process. A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 1 to 5 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

The item MUST be received at Tennis Connection WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date of receipt of the order from Tennis Connection. Any items received after (thirty) 30 days from the shipment date will not be accepted for refund. Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged. Items that have been worn and damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.

Our laboratory will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return. The original Tennis Connection security tag must still be on the item in order for refunds to be processed. Tennis Connection will refund the full cost of the returned item. If an order shipped is defective, Tennis Connection will also reimburse you for the shipping charges that apply to send the order back to us.
